Mark Stocker is a Chartered Legal Executive FCILEx based in the Tunbridge Wells office of Parfitt Cresswell, bringing over 7 years of dedicated expertise in residential conveyancing. His commitment to excellence, combined with a friendly and clear personal approach, underscores his professional ethos.
Mark embarked on his journey in conveyancing in November 2017 on the South coast, cultivating a diverse range of experiences across various facets of residential conveyancing. His proficiency extends to handling Freehold and Leasehold Sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and New Build transactions, as well as auction sales and purchases.
As a Chartered Legal Executive FCILEx, Mark is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the legal field.
Since joining Parfitt Cresswell, Mark has further honed his skills and found particular satisfaction in assisting first-time buyers in acquiring their initial homes. Drawing from his personal experience of purchasing and selling his own home, he empathises with the client’s perspective, providing a unique insight into the challenges and expectations associated with the process.

Outside of work Mark enjoys travelling, swimming, walking, quizzing and seeing friends and family whilst also trying to learn Spanish.
