Katia Auletta

Katia started working at Parfitt Cresswell immediately after earning her Masters in Law. She has since worked effectively full time in the residential team while completing her studies for the Solicitor Qualifying Exams (SQE1+2)

Katia provides assistance with a variety of residential property transactions including the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, equity releases, declaration of trusts and lease extensions to mention a few.

It is Katia's personable, compassionate, and engaging nature which makes her an invaluable asset in assisting with the onboarding of new clients while maintaining transparency and ease of understanding throughout the process.

Making ensuring that clients are kept in constant and transparent communication throughout their transaction is of great importance to Katia. Her meticulousness guarantees that clients receive the best possible degree of in-depth legal advice.

Her direct collaboration with Mark Morton, her immediate supervisor, guarantees that all property transactions are completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing the highest standards of client care or advise.

Beyond the professional realm, Katia’s interests include playing lacrosse, travelling and reading a great book on the beach.
