Mary qualified as a solicitor in 2009 specialising in Private Client work, including Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration. Mary joined Parfitt Cresswell in March 2024 and is based in our Edenbridge office.
After qualifying Mary spent 10 years working in the Legacy sector of large, national charities managing annual legacy income of over £25m to charities, as a result Mary has a wealth of knowledge and experience of Wills, Trusts, Tax and Estate Administration.
Mary prides herself on her friendly and approachable manner whilst providing clear and accessible legal advice to all her clients.
Outside of work, when not spending time with her two young sons, Mary regularly spends time volunteering, acting as an Appropriate Adult for minor children and sitting on the Board of Trustees of a local children’s charity.
Mary puts me at ease. I am completely assured she hsd my problems at heart and I feel able to
contact her at any time. She has a sincere listening ear.
