Mary Carless

Mary Carless is a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing Department. 

Mary has been part of the Residential Conveyancing Department since joining Parfitt Cresswell in 2023 and has spent the last two years solely in this area of practice ahead of qualifying in May 2025. From sales and purchases (both Freehold and Leasehold) to transfers of equity and voluntary first registrations, Mary has the necessary expertise to guide you step by step through the process. 

Mary enjoys being able to simplify what can often feel like a daunting process for many. She also strives to provide a friendly and approachable service with a human touch. 

Outside of the office, Mary enjoys cooking and travelling. She also has a passion for languages and obtained her French B2 DELF and C1 DALF qualifications in 2019 and 2021 respectively.
