Victoria Boothman

Victoria Boothman, or Vicky as she prefers to be known, is a partner in our Private Client Department. She qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined the firm in 2025.

Vicky has a wealth of experience specialising in Wills, complex and high net worth estate planning and probates. She deals with both testate and intestate estates (estates where there is no Will), including insolvent estates and estates where there are corporate and difficult to divide assets.

Vicky also advises on a variety of Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications, including recently advising on the removal of an Attorney due to inappropriate conduct.

It is not easy dealing with very personal and often difficult decisions, but Vicky goes out of her way to ensure the right course of action is taken to help clients. Vicky cares deeply about her clients and her natural compassion and drive to help others is fully reflected in her practice at all times.

Vicky is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is an accredited member of the Association for Lifetime Lawyers (ALL). Vicky is also a proud dementia friend.
