Sharon Micuta
Sharon has worked in Family Law for over 40 years, dealing with all issues relating to divorce and separation - including domestic abuse, arrangements for children and the complex financial aspects of separation. She also deals with co-habitee disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements and separation agreements.
Sharon is recognised for the empathetic, supportive, and creative ways in which she solves problems and achieves results for her clients. “I understand that what my clients are going through has tipped their lives upside down and I am here to help them through the journey of separation and to reach a fair settlement,” says Sharon.

I am writing this to share my experiences of working with Parfitt Cresswell as a firm and in particular my solicitor, Sharon Micuta. My divorce is finally coming to a close now but it has taken well over a year to get this far. I can honestly say without Sharon’s expertise and ‘Going the extra mile’ attitude to assisting me, I would have been totally lost in this stressful process long ago.
