Natasha joined Parfitt Cresswell’s litigation team in 2025 as a Senior Associate Solicitor specialising in employment law.
She qualified in 2009 into the employment department of a large firm in Surrey and brings a wealth of experience advising clients on a diverse range of employment matters.
Natasha advises both individuals on their employment rights as well as businesses operating within different industries on how to mitigate the risk of legal issues arising.

In her spare time, Natasha enjoys exploring the Sussex countryside with her dog, being by the sea, paddleboarding with her family and Body Balance classes. She also enjoys fundraising and has been involved in a number of charities, currently sitting on the board of trustees for Demelza Hospice Care for Children.
