Louise Penfold
Louise joined our firm in March 2012, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2019. Louise possesses a comprehensive background in Private Client work with a specialised focus on Probate, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Prior to joining us, Louise dedicated over 13 years to serving Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS). Her tenure included rigorous legal training at well-respected institutions such as BPP Law School Waterloo and the University of Law Guildford. Louise managed a dedicated team of administrative staff at a local Magistrates’ Court, further enhancing her organisational leadership capabilities.
During her time with HMCTS, Louise gained invaluable experience and insight into the intricate workings of the English Courts system, a foundation she seamlessly integrates into her Private Client practice as needed.
Louise distinguishes herself through her attentive and empathetic approach to client service. She takes pride in her ability to actively listen to her clients, ensuring their concerns are heard and understood. Louise excels in articulating complex legal matters in a clear and sensitive manner, allowing her clients to make informed decisions regarding their legal affairs.
