Bronwyn White
Bronwyn is a Senior Associate Solicitor and Notary Public in our Private Client Department. Having qualified in 2019 she joined Parfitt Cresswell in 2025.
Bronwyn has a wide range of experience specialising in Wills, complex and high-net worth estate planning and probates. She has a particular interest in estates with an international element. This includes dealing with estates where the deceased is non-domiciled, but has assets in England and Wales and re-sealing a foreign Grant of Probate for use in this jurisdiction. Bronwyn also advises on estate planning and Will drafting with a cross-border perspective and is a qualified Notary Public to better serve her international clients.
As well as advising on all the usual domestic taxes of Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax including tax returns, Bronwyn also assists with complex Income Tax reporting.
Bronwyn’s meticulous eye for detail and scrupulous accounting means that she has been asked to advise specifically on estate accounting including when families have been unable to agree on the distribution of an estate. She also advises on a variety of trusts including drafting, winding up and advising trustees of their duties within the Trustee Acts and dealing with all the usual formalities. This includes drafting and advising on Declarations of Trusts for jointly owned property.
Bronwyn also drafts and advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney, historical Enduring Powers of Attorney and now increasingly common Deputyship Applications.
She is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and an accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly SFE). She is also a Dementia Friend and has experience dealing with many different clients including the elderly and vulnerable.
