Andrew Whittingham
Andrew is one of our Trainee Solicitors within our Dispute Resolution Department.
After a 14-year career working within the NHS, he decided a change was in order and completed his law degree while working full time. Shortly after joining Parfitt Cresswell as a Paralegal in November 2022, Andrew then embarked upon the Solicitors Qualification Examinations (SQE) with an ambition to become a qualified Solicitor.
Since becoming a trainee, Andrew has now started to take on his own matters under the direct supervision of Simon Steele-Williams our Head of Dispute Resolution. He is quickly gaining experience in various types of litigation, including, Landlord and Tenant disputes, Debt Actions, Contested Probates, and Boundary Disputes.
Andrew’s practical approach allows him to navigate through complex problems to achieve the desired outcome. He has the ability to explain the law in simple terms which is something his clients always appreciate.
Outside of work, Andrew can be found enjoying the outdoors, whether that’s hiking through rugged mountain trails, or cycling over the high peaks. Aside from this, he has a 1-year old son who keeps him nice and busy.
