GUIDANCE NOTE: In all cases please start by downloading and saving all of the forms to your computer. If it is easier, you can simply then print the forms off and fill them in by hand before you return them to us. Otherwise, please fill the forms in on your computer, save the changes and then email the completed forms back to us. Some of the forms must be signed; this can either be done electronically (using third-party software) or, where you have printed the forms off, with a “wet” signature.
