As you will be aware from the recent Business Academy announcement, the Firm is conducting Mystery Shopping as part of our ongoing initiative to ensure that our prospects, clients, and anyone engaging with our Firm receive the highest standards in Client Experience. We have now concluded the first stage of this project, which has provided us with our 'Baseline' results. In the Zoom recording below, David and Ashley share these findings, highlighting our many areas of strength and identifying key areas for future focus. If you were mystery shopped during this initial round, you will soon receive your Mystery Shopping result pack and will be contacted by either David or Ashley to arrange a convenient time in the coming weeks to discuss your results. Mystery Shopping will continue on a weekly basis.
