Patrick Glencross
Senior Associate Solicitor
Patrick joined the litigation team at Parfitt Cresswell in 2026 as a Senior Associate solicitor specialising in employment law. He brings over 20 years’ experience as an employment law specialist working in various well-established law firms in Kent.
Patrick supports employers of all sizes and from all sectors across the full spectrum of employment law, from assisting with day-to-day employment relations issues to managing complex procedures and handling Employment Tribunal proceedings.
He also supports employee clients in relation to employment disputes, negotiated exits and settlement agreements.

Outside work, Patrick is an accomplished musician and performs with various orchestras and chamber choirs in west Kent. He enjoys visiting historical sites, museums and galleries with his family, and is a keen runner and cyclist.
