Maya has extensive experience in law firm management working in leadership and management roles in firms in Sussex, London and Oxford before joining Parfitt Cresswell in 2015.
Although Maya has previously worked in senior Finance roles, she now leads the People Management side of the business whilst also being involved in the operational management of the firm.
