Elaine is a Licensed Conveyancer with more than 30 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Having qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2013, Elaine has extensive experience acting for buyers and sellers across a wide range of property transactions. Her expertise includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and shared ownership transactions.
Having worked extensively across Surrey and Sussex throughout her career, Elaine has developed a strong understanding of the local property market and the issues that can arise during a transaction.
Elaine understands that buying or selling a home can be exciting, but at times stressful. She therefore places great importance on keeping her clients informed, explaining things clearly and being available to provide guidance and reassurance when it is needed.
Combining strong technical knowledge with a practical and proactive approach, Elaine works hard to keep transactions progressing as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
