David Grooms

Director

David brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Parfitt Cresswell, where he plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance and driving strategic initiatives. With a strong background in IT and operations management, David has a proven track record of success in both technical and leadership roles.

Starting his career as a robotics / software engineer, David quickly advanced to senior management positions, including Director roles for several manufacturing organisations. In these roles, David developed a reputation for operational excellence, innovative problem-solving, and strategic foresight.

In 2011, David made a significant career shift to the legal industry, recognising the opportunity to leverage his unique skill set to add value to the sector. Since then, David has been instrumental in integrating technological advancements and operational efficiencies into the firm’s processes, ensuring that Parfitt Cresswell stays at the forefront of the legal industry.

Combining a passion for technology with a keen eye for operational efficiency, David is dedicated to advancing the firm's success and delivering exceptional client service. In addition, as one of the Firm's Directors, David is an active member of the leadership team, contributing to the firm’s overall vision and direction.

Outside of work, David is a keen general aviation pilot flying all over Europe in his small plane.
