Katherine Purton STEP

Katie completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Leeds and post-graduate legal studies and Master of Laws at BPP Law School in London. She subsequently trained at a regional firm in the South West, before moving back to London to practice with a highly regarded South East firm for several years.

Katie is an Affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She joined the firm in February 2024 and is based in our Haywards Heath office.

Katie advises on a wide range of private client work, including the preparation of wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning, and assists bereaved clients with estate administration after a loved one has passed away. She is pleased to be of assistance and guide clients through any technical and challenging issues that may arise during such a difficult time.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys exploring the British countryside including its National Trust properties, hiking National Trails, and writing short stories.
