Belinda specialises in private client law. This includes advising on Wills, Probate, Trusts, Taxation, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and the law relating to elderly clients. She enjoys this area of law and building lasting relationships with her clients.

After qualifying in 1989, she worked in the City where she gained a wealth of experience in dealing with trust matters and large estates. During this time, she acted for a number of prominent individuals in their capacity as trustees. She has also worked for established firms in the Oxfordshire area where she advised on a broad range of matters and acted for many high-net-worth individuals.

She is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

With a view to developing her expertise further, Belinda has successfully completed a two-year Contentious Probate Course with the University of Law.

Belinda joined Parfitt Cresswell in 2022 with a view to assisting their highly regarded private client department and works mainly from the Windsor office.

Outside of the office, Belinda enjoys walking and spending time with her family. She is married with two adult student sons.
