Sarah Jenkins

Sarah joined Parfitt Cresswell in September 2010, having previously worked for twelve years for a well established  family law practice in  Surrey, where she was a Partner for six years.  Sarah has  a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law to include divorce, ancillary relief (financial advise following divorce),  child abduction, residence and contact disputes, co-habitation; pre-nuptial agreements; civil partnerships and public child  law (child care). Sarah has remained a member of the Surrey Law Society and has in the past been actively involved in providing advice at the Surrey Law Centre. She is a member of Resolution (First for family law) and a trained Collaborative family lawyer.
