Nathalie Wespieser

Nathalie joined Parfitt Cresswell in December 2011 having previously been the Head of the Family Department at a local practice in Buckinghamshire.

Nathalie specialises in all aspects of Family Law and Practice but has a particular interest and specialism in financial work including complex financial matters and structures, business and pension assets, maintenance issues (pre and post separation), offshore assets and trust structures, High Court work, pre and post nuptial agreements, Civil Partnership Dissolutions and advice for unmarried partners. Nathalie is also able to advise on all other aspects of Family matters including (but not limited to) children matters including residence & contact, emergency applications and injunctions, separation agreements for married and unmarried couples and all ancillary matters including changes of names, declarations of trust etc.

Nathalie is also a practicing Family Mediator and is able to offer a complete range of mediation services in relation to Family Matters (including conducting Mediation Information & Assessment Meetings and signing Form FM1 to enable parties to apply for Court proceedings if required).

Nathalie is a member of Resolution and also a Resolution trained Family Mediator.
