Mandy has been practising residential conveyancing law for over 25 years. Having trained as a Legal Secretary she has continued her training over the years exclusively in residential conveyancing and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2010. Mandy specialises in residential sale and purchase transactions, remortgages, Transfers of Equity and Leasehold Enfranchisement.
