Emma Leavesley

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and is a member of our Family department based in Windsor. Prior to joining Parfitt Cresswell, Emma trained and worked as an assistant Solicitor in a Legal 500 firm based in West London.

Emma specialises in all aspects of Family Law and Practice including divorce, annulments, matrimonial finance (including offshore assets) and advice for unmarried partners. Emma also has wide-range knowledge of children cases including residence, contact, parental responsibility, specific issue orders and child abduction both in local County Courts and the High Court. Emma has experience in dealing with domestic violence and emergency injunctions and the empathetic approach needed to such matters.
